Be sure to go to the site to find some other fine examples of Bay Area living. There's a fine $500k house with steel bars on all the windows.
The sad part is, it's not really bubbly - there's just a lot of money in this area. Think Asia. Think Google stock. Think 40 year mortgages. :)
