Open Source House?

When I first looked at MH i was supprised as to how complex it was. Having played with it for a while now, If i was to say it is amazing, it would be an under statement

MisterHouse is an open source project for building an automated house system. Based on Perl Script, so its immensely modifiable, it also has this easy to use interface. I think I want one.
